At Bright & Brainiac, we strive to deliver high-quality online learning experiences in communication skills, creative writing, and personality development for children and learners of all ages.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are handled for our services.

A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the batch start date.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the program start may incur a 25% administrative fee

Because our classes involve fixed seat allocation, live sessions, and digital access:

No refunds are provided once the course has begun.

All digital assets—including worksheets, templates, recordings, e-books, and downloadable study material—are non-refundable once delivered, as access is granted instantly.

Refunds are not provided for missed classes.Students may request: Recorded sessions (if available), or

one complimentary makeup class per program (based on availability).

If a class is disrupted due to technical issues from our end, we will:

Reschedule the session, or provide a makeup class.

Monetary refunds are not issued for such occurrences.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original method of payment.

Bright & Brainiac is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks

Refund requests will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Sharing course videos, PDFs, or login access

  • Violation of academic integrity or platform rules

  • Unreasonable demands after program completion

  • Multiple logins from different IPs indicating misuse
